Once we receive your order, our team will verify that “ Name, address & payment information" is all correct so that we can process your order. Items are shipped from our head office based in Sydney, Australia.

Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order.  Shipping time is typically 7-10 business days.

Order Value $0 to $49.99 - $35 (shipping + small order surcharge)

Order Value $50 to $99.99 - $25 shipping

Order Value $100 to $399.99 - $30 shipping

Free shipping for orders $400 and up

  

Shipping methods

Our preferred methods are Australia Post, USPS and DHL When orders are shipped, we send you an email with tracking information. 

Pricing, Duties, Taxes, Fees, Other Charges

All prices are exclusive of TAX. We do not charge anything over that for credit card or PayPal.
